When will I recieve my order?ย 

Our processing times are 3-5 business days (because our products are made fresh to order). Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 days, excluding any unfroeseen shipping delays.ย 

In short, you should recieve your order within 1 and a half weeks (or less) from your order date.ย 

How can I track my order?ย 

You should recieve email updates for your order (If it is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder, and double check if you entered in the correct email address at checkout). You will find the tracking number for your package in the shipping confirmation email. For further questions, please email info@amaryahenna.com.ย 

I need my order by a certain date. Can you process it faster?

Our processing times are 3-5 business days. Please order in advance of the date that you need the henna.ย In addition, expedited shipping is also available to get your order delivered faster.ย Requesting overnight or same day processing will incur rush fees.ย 

If you need your order before a certain date, please message us prior to placing your order. If it is reasonable, we will try our best to ensure that your order gets to you on time. Simply leaving a need by date at checkout is not enough to guarantee your order will be delivered by said date.ย 

I entered in the wrong address, how do I go about correcting it?ย 

Please contact us through email at info@amaryahenna.com with the correct address ASAP. We will deliver to the address as you enter it and will not be liable for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete.ย Please see our shipping policy for more details on incorrect addresses.ย 

Can I pick up my order if I live in Atlanta?

Storage

How should I store my leftover henna/jagua?ย 

Please store our cones and/or paste in the freezer until you are ready to use them! Storing them like this will preserve the staining power for 6 months to a year.

What happens if I don't store my henna/jagua in the freezer?

Our henna is 100% natural, made without any dyes, chemicals, synthetics, or preservatives. Due to this, if left out at room temperature for an extended period of time (10+ days) then the staining quality will begin to decrease significantly. This is why we strongly recommend leaving your cones in the freezer when not in use.ย 

Stain Troubleshoot

How should I care for my henna stain?ย 

Leave your henna on for as long as possible, avoid water for the first few days. Detailed instructions come with every order to ensure you get the best stain possible.

Why is my henna stain orange and not red?ย 

After leaving our henna on for at least 3-4 hours, your henna should be orange after wiping off. This is completely normal, as natural henna takes 24-48 hours to fully develop on the skin. After a few hours you will notice that the henna is darkening into a deep red, especially if placed on the hands and feet.ย 

Why is my jagua stain not showing up after wiping off?

Once you wipe the jagua off, it will show up a very faint gray if at all on the skin. It will darken to a rich deep blue/black color after 6-12 hours, just like with henna.ย 

How many days before my event should I apply my henna?

You should apply your henna at least 1 or 2 days before your event, in order for it to develop to the deepest and darkest stain possible. We recommend ordering in advance. ย 

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Under what conditions do you accept returns?

Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we only accept returns and/or refunds on items that are not handmade (i.e. henna/jagua powder, acrylic practice hands, glitter packs, cellophane, starter kits, etc). They also must not be used, and the return must be requested within 10 daysย of package delivery. Please see our Return & Refund policy for more details.ย 

Do you offer refunds?

We will only offer refunds on handmade products in certain circumstances, such as in the unlikely event our henna doesnโ€™t stain, or order issues in which we are at fault. Refunds will NOT be offered for order issues brought up after 10 days of package delivery. Please let us know ASAP if you have any issue at all with your order, at info@amaryahenna.com.

How do exchanges work?

We do not offer exchanges. All items need to follow the return process.

There was a mistake with my order, what do I do?ย 

If you receive your package and a mistake has been made on our part, you must notify us within 10 days of package delivery so that we can promptly correct the situation.

The itemย I received is damaged or defective, what do I do?

If you received a defective product, please email us with your order number, detailed description and picture of the damaged item to info@amaryahenna.com.ย

Iโ€™m new to henna, any tips?ย 

Yes, detailed instructions on how to apply henna and care for your stain come with every order. Read them thoroughly, as they are key to getting that perfect dark stain. You may also visit our How to Apply + Aftercare tab for instructions as well.ย

Can our henna be used for freckles?

Yes, they can! Just make sure you are applying the henna to clear clean skin free of oils and lotions, and follow the instructions provided.

Is jagua 'black henna'?

No, jagua is NOT black henna. In fact, jagua is not henna at all. Jagua gel comes from the Genipa Americana fruit grown in Central & South America. It stains a dark blue - black color, and is free from any dyes, preservatives, or toxic chemicals (including PPD), making it far superior to the very dangerous โ€œblack hennaโ€. If you have citrus allergies we would recommend you do not use.ย 

Do you offer wholesale?ย

never stop selling these pleeease!

easy to apply once mixed well, and the color comes out so bright on my nails. lasts several days for me! only thing is i've found the color to peel and chip around the edges, not the actual henna but the stain it leaves behind. and it smells LOVELY, no harsh fumes just a natural floral scent. though this is probaly just since i havent left the henna on for long enough to let every little part sink in. i'm unsure! but regardless i'm in love, will keep buying!

Love, love, love

I have really week nails that are constantly breaking and chipping, so I wanted something that would color my nails without chipping due to my nails breaking. I tried regular henna, but itโ€™s a pain applying it. This was absolutely perfecttttt. The consistency is really good and I was able to apply it amazingly, even better than regular polish. The initial color is insanely rich. Iโ€™ve had it on for two days and it has faded a lot, but henna fades regardless. The fade is still very very pretty. A nice burnt orange. Iโ€™m also a revert, so the fact itโ€™s halal is definitely a plus. Iโ€™d literally recommend this to everyone!

Love the fact that it can be used as nail polish and dries up fast but, the stain comes off quickly . It was looking so pretty before iftar. I did the dishes after iftar and the stain was visibly 4 shades lighter. Iโ€™m sorry but I donโ€™t think itโ€™s for me.

How should I store my leftover henna/jagua?ย 

Please store our cones and/or paste in the freezer until you are ready to use them! Storing them like this will preserve the staining power for 6 months to a year.

What happens if I don't store my henna/jagua in the freezer?

Our henna is 100% natural, made without any dyes, chemicals, synthetics, or preservatives. Due to this, if left out at room temperature for an extended period of time (10+ days) then the staining quality will begin to decrease significantly. This is why we strongly recommend leaving your cones in the freezer when not in use.ย 

Stain Troubleshoot

How should I care for my henna stain?ย 

Leave your henna on for as long as possible, avoid water for the first few days. Detailed instructions come with every order to ensure you get the best stain possible.

Why is my henna stain orange and not red?ย 

After leaving our henna on for at least 3-4 hours, your henna should be orange after wiping off. This is completely normal, as natural henna takes 24-48 hours to fully develop on the skin. After a few hours you will notice that the henna is darkening into a deep red, especially if placed on the hands and feet.ย 

Why is my jagua stain not showing up after wiping off?

Once you wipe the jagua off, it will show up a very faint gray if at all on the skin. It will darken to a rich deep blue/black color after 6-12 hours, just like with henna.ย 

How many days before my event should I apply my henna?

You should apply your henna at least 1 or 2 days before your event, in order for it to develop to the deepest and darkest stain possible. We recommend ordering in advance. ย 

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Under what conditions do you accept returns?

Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we only accept returns and/or refunds on items that are not handmade (i.e. henna/jagua powder, acrylic practice hands, glitter packs, cellophane, starter kits, etc). They also must not be used, and the return must be requested within 10 daysย of package delivery. Please see our Return & Refund policy for more details.ย 

Do you offer refunds?

We will only offer refunds on handmade products in certain circumstances, such as in the unlikely event our henna doesnโ€™t stain, or order issues in which we are at fault. How do exchanges work?

We do not offer exchanges. All items need to follow the return process.

Is jagua 'black henna'?

No, jagua is NOT black henna. In fact, jagua is not henna at all. Jagua gel comes from the Genipa Americana fruit grown in Central & South America. It stains a dark blue - black color, and is free from any dyes, preservatives, or toxic chemicals (including PPD), making it far superior to the very dangerous โ€œblack hennaโ€. If you have citrus allergies we would recommend you do not use.ย

I'm on day 3 and it's still going strong! I love the simple natural non-chemical process! I just did 3 coats let it dry before bed and waited till morning to wash them off! I'm excited to try the other colors! (picture from day 1)

Why is my henna stain orange and not red?ย 

After leaving our henna on for at least 3-4 hours, your henna should be orange after wiping off. This is completely normal, as natural henna takes 24-48 hours to fully develop on the skin. After a few hours you will notice that the henna is darkening into a deep red, especially if placed on the hands and feet.ย 

Why is my jagua stain not showing up after wiping off?

Once you wipe the jagua off, it will show up a very faint gray if at all on the skin. It will darken to a rich deep blue/black color after 6-12 hours, just like with henna.ย 

How many days before my event should I apply my henna?

You should apply your henna at least 1 or 2 days before your event, in order for it to develop to the deepest and darkest stain possible. We recommend ordering in advance. ย

Under what conditions do you accept returns?

Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we only accept returns and/or refunds on items that are not handmade (i.e. henna/jagua powder, acrylic practice hands, glitter packs, cellophane, starter kits, etc). Do you offer refunds?

We will only offer refunds on handmade products in certain circumstances, such as in the unlikely event our henna doesnโ€™t stain, or order issues in which we are at fault. How do exchanges work?

No, jagua is NOT black henna. In fact, jagua is not henna at all. Jagua gel comes from the Genipa Americana fruit grown in Central & South America. It stains a dark blue - black color, and is free from any dyes, preservatives, or toxic chemicals (including PPD), making it far superior to the very dangerous โ€œblack hennaโ€. If you have citrus allergies we would recommend you do not use.ย

This nail stain is pretty but doesnโ€™t really stain evenly. I suggest using a few coats to get the right color. For some reason, this formula was much chunkier and harder to manage than the rest of the nail dyes I use.

Please store our cones and/or paste in the freezer until you are ready to use them! Storing them like this will preserve the staining power for 6 months to a year.

What happens if I don't store my henna/jagua in the freezer?

Our henna is 100% natural, made without any dyes, chemicals, synthetics, or preservatives. Due to this, if left out at room temperature for an extended period of time (10+ days) then the staining quality will begin to decrease significantly. This is why we strongly recommend leaving your cones in the freezer when not in use.ย

How should I store my leftover henna/jagua?ย 

Please store our cones and/or paste in the freezer until you are ready to use them! Storing them like this will preserve the staining power for 6 months to a year.

What happens if I don't store my henna/jagua in the freezer?

Our henna is 100% natural, made without any dyes, chemicals, synthetics, or preservatives. Due to this, if left out at room temperature for an extended period of time (10+ days) then the staining quality will begin to decrease significantly. This is why we strongly recommend leaving your cones in the freezer when not in use.ย 

Stain Troubleshoot

How should I care for my henna stain?ย 

Leave your henna on for as long as possible, avoid water for the first few days. Detailed instructions come with every order to ensure you get the best stain possible.

Why is my henna stain orange and not red?ย 

After leaving our henna on for at least 3-4 hours, your henna should be orange after wiping off. This is completely normal, as natural henna takes 24-48 hours to fully develop on the skin. After a few hours you will notice that the henna is darkening into a deep red, especially if placed on the hands and feet.ย 

Why is my jagua stain not showing up after wiping off?

Once you wipe the jagua off, it will show up a very faint gray if at all on the skin. It will darken to a rich deep blue/black color after 6-12 hours, just like with henna.ย 

How many days before my event should I apply my henna?

You should apply your henna at least 1 or 2 days before your event, in order for it to develop to the deepest and darkest stain possible. We recommend ordering in advance. ย 

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Under what conditions do you accept returns?

Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we only accept returns and/or refunds on items that are not handmade (i.e. henna/jagua powder, acrylic practice hands, glitter packs, cellophane, starter kits, etc). They also must not be used, and the return must be requested within 10 daysย of package delivery. Please see our Return & Refund policy for more details.ย 

Do you offer refunds?

We will only offer refunds on handmade products in certain circumstances, such as in the unlikely event our henna doesnโ€™t stain, or order issues in which we are at fault. How do exchanges work?

Is jagua 'black henna'?

No, jagua is NOT black henna. In fact, jagua is not henna at all. Jagua gel comes from the Genipa Americana fruit grown in Central & South America. It stains a dark blue - black color, and is free from any dyes, preservatives, or toxic chemicals (including PPD), making it far superior to the very dangerous โ€œblack hennaโ€. If you have citrus allergies we would recommend you do not use.ย

i got this for work so that color on my nails wouldnt chip; ive only had it on for two days and im already in love with it! i put two coats on one night, and the following night i put on one more to have a deeper color so that is shown here. i feel like i havent done the product justice because i dont think i left it on long enough but thats user error. i highly recommend this to anyone reading its honestly worth it, shipping was fast, it came with instructions, no issues with anything, the package smelled good, theres no cons to buying this product.

I need my order by a certain date. Can you process it faster?

Our processing times are 3-5 business days. Please order in advance of the date that you need the henna.ย In addition, expedited shipping is also available to get your order delivered faster.ย Requesting overnight or same day processing will incur rush fees.ย 

If you need your order before a certain date, please message us prior to placing your order. If it is reasonable, we will try our best to ensure that your order gets to you on time. Simply leaving a need by date at checkout is not enough to guarantee your order will be delivered by said date.ย 

I entered in the wrong address, how do I go about correcting it?ย 

Please contact us through email at info@amaryahenna.com with the correct address ASAP. We will deliver to the address as you enter it and will not be liable for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete.ย Please see our shipping policy for more details on incorrect addresses.ย 

Can I pick up my order if I live in Atlanta?

Yes, if you reside in the metro Atlanta area and would like to pickup your order, you may select that option at checkout. Please visit our Local Pickupย tab before purchasing, to ensure it is the right decision for you.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only ship to the US and Canada.ย 

Storage

How should I store my leftover henna/jagua?ย 

Please store our cones and/or paste in the freezer until you are ready to use them! Storing them like this will preserve the staining power for 6 months to a year.

What happens if I don't store my henna/jagua in the freezer?

Our henna is 100% natural, made without any dyes, chemicals, synthetics, or preservatives. Due to this, if left out at room temperature for an extended period of time (10+ days) then the staining quality will begin to decrease significantly. This is why we strongly recommend leaving your cones in the freezer when not in use.ย 

Stain Troubleshoot

How should I care for my henna stain?ย 

Leave your henna on for as long as possible, avoid water for the first few days. Detailed instructions come with every order to ensure you get the best stain possible.

Why is my henna stain orange and not red?ย 

After leaving our henna on for at least 3-4 hours, your henna should be orange after wiping off. This is completely normal, as natural henna takes 24-48 hours to fully develop on the skin. After a few hours you will notice that the henna is darkening into a deep red, especially if placed on the hands and feet.ย 

Why is my jagua stain not showing up after wiping off?

Once you wipe the jagua off, it will show up a very faint gray if at all on the skin. It will darken to a rich deep blue/black color after 6-12 hours, just like with henna.ย 

How many days before my event should I apply my henna?

You should apply your henna at least 1 or 2 days before your event, in order for it to develop to the deepest and darkest stain possible. We recommend ordering in advance. ย 

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Under what conditions do you accept returns?

Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we only accept returns and/or refunds on items that are not handmade (i.e. henna/jagua powder, acrylic practice hands, glitter packs, cellophane, starter kits, etc). They also must not be used, and the return must be requested within 10 daysย of package delivery. Please see our Return & Refund policy for more details.ย 

Do you offer refunds?

We will only offer refunds on handmade products in certain circumstances, such as in the unlikely event our henna doesnโ€™t stain, or order issues in which we are at fault. Refunds will NOT be offered for order issues brought up after 10 days of package delivery. Please let us know ASAP if you have any issue at all with your order, at info@amaryahenna.com.

How do exchanges work?

We do not offer exchanges. All items need to follow the return process.

There was a mistake with my order, what do I do?ย 

If you receive your package and a mistake has been made on our part, you must notify us within 10 days of package delivery so that we can promptly correct the situation.

The itemย I received is damaged or defective, what do I do?

If you received a defective product, please email us with your order number, detailed description and picture of the damaged item to info@amaryahenna.com.ย

Iโ€™m new to henna, any tips?ย 

Yes, detailed instructions on how to apply henna and care for your stain come with every order. Read them thoroughly, as they are key to getting that perfect dark stain. You may also visit our How to Apply + Aftercare tab for instructions as well.ย

Can our henna be used for freckles?

Yes, they can! Just make sure you are applying the henna to clear clean skin free of oils and lotions, and follow the instructions provided.

Is jagua 'black henna'?

No, jagua is NOT black henna. In fact, jagua is not henna at all. Jagua gel comes from the Genipa Americana fruit grown in Central & South America. It stains a dark blue - black color, and is free from any dyes, preservatives, or toxic chemicals (including PPD), making it far superior to the very dangerous โ€œblack hennaโ€. If you have citrus allergies we would recommend you do not use.ย

Unexpectedly good

Unexpectedly good quality for a water-based nail polish. The color has been turned to be better than showed: more bright and vivid. I used it for a pedicure, so inevitable slightly fuzzy edges weren't a problem. I am happy to have found a polish that won't damage my problematic toenails while making them look really good. After 6 days the color became lighter, but is still bright and vivid. I would not use this polish for a manicure because of the inability to create perfectly smooth and even edges, but for a pedicure on problematic toenails it is unbeatable.
